When Can I Expect My Order?
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. PST will normally ship the same day. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons and over the weekend will be the first priority on Monday morning. (Unless it’s a holiday.)
Our standard shipping methods are the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. The expected delivery time for most packages is 1–5 business days. FedEx Ground Service for Residential delivery is Monday through Saturday.

P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO Addresses, and Orders Going to Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico, Guam, & the Virgin Islands
We use the U.S. Postal Service for orders going to P.O. Boxes, Military AP/FPO addresses, and orders going to Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Shipping charges for these addresses are calculated by the package weight and will differ from the above shipping table. A flat-rate ship shipping option will appear at checkout for eligible orders.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping, within the contiguous 48 states—Next-Business-Day, 2- or 3-Business-Day—is available through FedEx. Saturday is not included as a business day. Requests for expedited service are processed the same business day provided the order is received before 1:00 p.m. PST. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day. The rates on these expedited services are calculated by the weight and destination of the order and standard shipping rates do not apply.
Example: 2-Business-Day is selected, and the order is placed on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. PST, it will ship later that day and will arrive the following Monday. If a 3-Business-Day order is placed at 3:30 p.m. PST on Tuesday, the order will ship on Wednesday and would arrive the following Monday.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the United States.
Certified Health Professionals outside of the U.S. may be able to receive our products by establishing an account with our distributor, Emerson Ecologics.
