Haritaki tablets

Gently cleansing and rejuvenating, the fleshy green fruit of the haritaki tree (Terminalia chebula) is traditionally used in Ayurveda to support healthy digestion and regularity. One of the best herbs for balancing vata, it also supports the proper function of the colon, liver, and lungs.*

Take 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
