Is it possible for all three doshas to be out of balance at the same time?
The answer is yes! However, it's really not that common, and when all three doshas are involved, it can be quite complex, so it's really time to call on a practitioner for support.
You can also take our dosha quiz to start to understand a little bit better what's going on. Until you can see a practitioner, I really recommend starting by balancing vata. This looks like some gentle movements, eating really easy to digest foods, and, of course, routine! All of this will start to get you back on track and in the right direction.
