Ingredients:
- 5 almonds, soaked overnight
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions:
In the morning, drain the almonds and peel them. (The skin comes off easily when rubbed with your fingers).
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil. Pour the hot milk, almonds, and cardamom into a blender.
Blend well and enjoy!
