About Shirodhara Oil
About Shirodhara Oil
Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves pouring a gentle stream of warm oil on the forehead to soothe and revitalize the nervous system. Designed to deepen the effects of shirodhara, this luxurious herbal oil can also be used for full-body massage.

- Tridoshic blend that balances vata, pitta, and kapha
How To Use
How To Use
The practice of shirodhara is traditionally administered by an Ayurvedic practitioner, either on its own or as part of a more comprehensive therapeutic treatment. For those without access to a trained practitioner, we recommend using this oil to gently massage the temples—or the entire body—to promote calm and relaxation. (Be mindful as oil can stain clothing and sheets.)
Our bottles have extra room to accommodate our pumps for a spill-free experience. 8 oz oils come with a pump, and 24 oz pumps and 128 oz pumps can be purchased separately.
For external use only. Warning: All oils make surfaces slippery and can be combustible. Use caution when drying or storing linens exposed to oils as they are potentially combustible when exposed to heat. Consult your dryer manufacturer's guidelines for drying linens that have been in contact with oils.
