Vidari kanda (Pueraria tuberosa) is a sweet, rejuvenating, and nutritive herb with a special affinity for the reproductive system. The tuberous roots of the plant are traditionally used to support vitality and a healthy libido, and are especially balancing for vata and pitta.*
