More About Alakananda Ma

Alakananda Ma is a founder of Alandi Ayurveda Clinic, a traditional gurukula in Colorado that was a recipient of the Banyan Botanicals Community Grant Fund in 2019. She offers a post-graduate gurukulam for Ayurvedic studies at Alandi Ashram.

Highly respected and well known in the Ayurvedic community, both nationally and internationally, Alakananda is an Ayurvedic expert and graduate of a top London medical school and is recognized by her teachers as an embodiment of the all-embracing love and compassion of the divine feminine.

She is a member of the board of directors of NAMA and Vice President of Colorama (Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association) and has been a keynote presenter and popular speaker at NAMA conferences and at the Swasti International Ayurvedic conference in London.
