Punarnavadi Guggulu powder

Typically taken under the guidance of a practitioner, Punarnavadi Guggulu is a potent Ayurvedic formula traditionally used to balance kapha and promote a healthy balance of fluids in the body, supporting proper function of the kidneys, urinary system, and joints.*

Take ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
